Plus1 is a program adopted by the Holly Springs Utility Department (HSUD) and administered by the Catholic Social Services of Holly Springs, to pay for utility service for customers in need. HSUD customers fund the program through a onetime donation or by adding a dollar or more to their utility bill each month.

HSUD acts as a collection agency for Plus 1 and forwards all money received directly to the Catholic Social services each month. In turn, Catholic Social Services administers the funds and cooperates with other agencies to see that assistance reaches those with the greatest need.

Customers wanting to donate to the program can:

1.  Come into the office and complete the Plus 1 form, print form ,
2.  Complete the online form and submit to us,
3.  Complete the pdf form.
